We accept all major credit cards and all UK debit/cards. All on-line credit/debit card transactions are encrypted and therefore considered to be totally secure. You may pay for your goods over the internet using the shopping cart facility. Or send your credit/debit card information via phone, fax or mail by printing an order form. All cheques or postal orders should be made payable to PREMIER WHOLESALE this is the name that appears on your statement.

All of our goods come with a 14 day guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of placing your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product. (P&P costs are non refundable). You must keep the mail receipt as proof of return.

Our returns conditions are:

1. The goods MUST BE unused as we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions.
2. The goods MUST BE in their original condition & packaging.
3. The goods MUST BE received back at our office within 14 days from the day you placed your order.
4. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable
